I’m Hi Jin Nam, a senior product designer dedicated to user-centered design.

Plume needed a web app for HomePass, HomePass is a Wi-Fi controller accessed via the mobile app. There was significant demand from customers requesting a web app for use on larger screens. Plume discovered even more opportunities when developing a web app for their users. I was involved in the project as a product designer.

Digital Wellness is integral to HomePass, offering advanced parental controls for monitoring and managing children's online activities. As the lead designer, I played a significant role in its development.

This was the R&D project. Plume offers a SaaS experience platform for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and their subscribers.

The project aims to improve accessibility in various products by providing general guidelines, conducting color investigations, and creating dark mode guides.

One of my projects when I was working in the product design team of Upwork was to redesign the Upwork Help Center. I continued to improve the help center user experience after the initial roll out.

Blubox is a Dubai based online supply store that delivers fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables, and eggs. They deliver hand-picked boxes directly to their customers' doorsteps throughout Dubai and other nearby regions. They had a website but the client wanted to improve the ease of use and overall design of the website. As part of their rebranding, I created a new UX/UI design for their mobile and desktop websites.

Upwork centers around clients being able to find the best suited freelancer or agency for their projects. While I was working for Upwork I had the chance to improve the client experience by redesigning the freelancer search page.

Personal gold is a startup company that has developed a fitness app which provides users with breakthrough fitness and health advice. The CEO of the company was looking for someone to establish the design and style of their app.  

I designed a mobile app that processed insurance payments for patients. The start-up that developed the app wanted to simplify the payment process for paying health insurance in the United States.
